Dianne Kerr has been a yogi and wellbeing seeker for many years, having started this journey firstly with a Reiki course in 1995, through to Kinesiology, Massage, and finally Yoga in 2013. She believes in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgment. Feeling a great connection to the outdoors, particularly the Ocean, where she spends a lot of time paddle-boarding, walking on the shores, and, in recent years, conducting Summer Beach Yoga Classes. This passion translates into her teaching and practice, which is focused on helping students to better connect with themselves and with their surroundings.
With her caring approach, Di gives her students a nourishing yoga immersion, a beautiful meditation experience, and the tools to apply in different areas of their lives. From a daily practice to help them recover from injury or simply stay healthy.
Di teaches classes and one on one private sessions, as well as nutritional and holistic advice to help her clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
Di also runs yearly Yoga and Wellness Retreats in beautiful locations in Australia and the South Pacific.
