This Cool Ocean Energy Hot Springs Serenity Yoga and Wellness Retreat is designed to immerse yourself in all things Yoga has to offer and more. Located within 5 minute's walk to the spectacular St Andrews Ocean Beach you cannot help but feel the incredible healing energy she has to offer. Fall asleep at night to the sounds of the waves crashing at the shore.
Step away from your daily routine and treat yourself to a weekend of yoga, meditation, sound healing, ocean beach walks, and rock pool adventures. As an added bonus will be visiting the Peninsula Hot Springs for a 4hr indulgence that includes thermal bathing, our own private relaxation dome, and a body clay ritual.
Meet like-minded souls, make new friends, and totally restore your body mind, and soul and bring yourself back to balance. This is a 2-night 3-day Retreat with a late checkout on Sunday.
