About the Event
During this 2hrs Immersion you will be totally supported with props and blankets and all things nurturing so you can totally let go and experience deep rest,restoring the nervous system and bringing you a feeling of total bliss.
You will also experience a crystal bowl sound shower and a heart opening Meditation.
