Give yourself the gift of restorative yoga, reset your nervous system and fill up your bliss tank, we need this now more than ever. Restorative Yoga is the absolute bomb during times of stress and uncertainty, you will be guided into beautiful long-held supported poses where you came simply breathe and let go of any worries and tensions in the body and mind. What you will need for the session- A quiet space Bolster /Large firm pillow 2 x blankets 2x cushions/2 blocks 1 x eye pillow or scarf 1x large towel or an extra blanket.
