About the Event
Please join me for my monthly Restorative Yoga Class and experience 2hours of bliss and complete relaxation. Restorative Yoga offers you the time and space to really slow down creating a deep state of physical, emotional and mental peace. Your body will be fully supported with props allowing you to just relax and breathe. This is a very nurturing practice, the slow pace and deep breathing allows the nervous system to completely re-set therefore benefiting all the systems of the body. We need this practice now more than ever.
Included also will be Pranayama, Mudra, Chakra Shuddi and a guided Yoga Nidra.
