Please join us at this beautiful time of the evening as the sun sets on the horizon for a nourishing beachside Sound Journey and Yoga Nidra to bring balance and harmony to the body mind and soul. Di Kerr from Earth Yoga Body will take you on a sensory journey through the different layers of the body including some gentle movement to drop you into a state of deep relaxation. Dan for Cymatic Harmony will create a dreamy soundscape with various instruments such as Hand Pan, Crystal Harp, Rain Stick, and Gongs.
This evening will have you floating on a cloud of bliss.
